As a champion, you'll serve as one of our community's "power users" to be committed to sharing your expertise in Spiff and the sales commissions industry on a regular basis while serving a regular frontline resource to users seeking support and knowledge in our support forums.
What we expect from our champions:
- Model behavior in the community and serving as an example to our fellow members
- Demonstrate familiarity and competency of community features and benefits
- One original piece of content a month (this can be in the form of a best practice article, video, interview, podcast, Q&A, infographic, and much more)
- Participation, to the best of your ability, in our support forums as thought leaders regarding the Spiff app
- Voluntary participation in community activities such as discussion prompts, new feature rollouts, contests, events, etc.
- Occasional moderation of posts and flagging of content that does not meet the terms and conditions set forth by the community team
- Participate in user research studies held by the community team in order to gauge community feedback while helping to develop a community roadmap for the future
The perks of being a champion are:
- Enhanced kudos voting rights in the community
- Visual recognition of your community username display
- Being highlighted in a community blog post
- Priority publishing rights in community blogs
- Spiff swag!
- The opportunity to directly meet Spiff leadership 1-on-1 outside of community
