Navigation in community
Navigation in the community is as simple as hovering over the categories at the top of your page and selecting the area you'd like to visit. Everything in the top navigation is a hyperlink so you're free to start your way at the top and work your way to the bottom.
Depending on where you are, you'll see labels such as in the screenshot below. These labels allow you to further filter the content in this particular area by conversation topic.
Below you'll find the textual organization of our community as of February, 2022.
Community Hub

Engage
- Idea Exchange – Your direct pipeline to our product team and an opportunity to submit, and vote on, Spiff product ideas.

Platform

Search in the Spiff community is a breeze as well! Search results aren't limited to content, you're also able to search for other users, locations within community, and more.
To begin your search, locate the search bar found near the top of the community page you're visiting.
Enter your search term and either hit the return key or click the magnifying glass icon as seen in the screenshot above. As you type, recommended results will pop up in real time.
Once you receive your search results, you'll be presented with several options to help you filter these results to more accurately find what you need. You can select what type of posts you'd like to see in the results, narrow down the results by author or date, filter by the number of kudos or replies the content received, and much more.
For even narrower search results, we encourage you to use the advanced search filter. With advanced search filter you can:
- Apply modifiers to the terms you enter in the search field
- Use quotes to search for an "exact phrase"
- Use the plus sign to search for +one +or +more +words. Use the minus sign to -exclude -certain -words from your search.
